- Bertrand Kern – Pantin au Coeur : 39,6%
- Mathieu Monot – Osez Pantin : 22,36%
- Thomas Bardoux – Faire Mieux pour Pantin : 21,94%
- Geoffrey Carvalhinho – Pantin en confiance : 12,91%
- Nathalie Arthaud – Lutte Ouvrière : 3,19%
Taux de participation : 52,92%
Les électeurs seront rappelés aux urnes dimanche 22 mars pour le second tour.
